H2Ocean, Inc. Standard Product Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
Packages Damaged in Transit
Failure to notify H2Ocean Inc. of product damage within 24 hours of receipt voids all shipping damage claims. Damaged Packages should be refused.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
If Damaged Packages are accepted inadvertently, you must contact H2Ocean, Inc. Customer Support by email within the first 24 hours of receipt to report damage and be eligible for damage claim. This is necessary for H2Ocean, Inc. to file a shipping damage claim on behalf of customer. H2Ocean, Inc. is not liable for any monies lost when the carrier refuses shipping damage claims.
Potentially Defective Products
All Potentially Defective Product claims should be directed directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider for evaluation and warranty support. Refer to the products' individual warranty policy for further information.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Returned product must have a valid H2Ocean, Inc. RMA number written on the shipping label. Return shipments without valid H2Ocean, Inc. RMA numbers will be rejected. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to H2Ocean, Inc. distribution center. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Return eligibility is for single purchase of product only. Wholesale or bulk purchases (5 or more items of the same UPC number) are not eligible for return. |
